Your license

• You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use Foldout on up to 2 Macs you own.
• Lifetime licenses are perpetual and include one year of updates. Subscriptions work while active.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or work around licensing.

Payment, renewals & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all Foldout orders. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, and refund execution, so your receipt may reference Paddle.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — cancel anytime from your account. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchases; see Refunds & Cancellation for the full policy.

Updates

Foldout updates itself securely via Sparkle. Lifetime buyers get a year of updates; subscribers get updates while subscribed.

No warranty

Foldout is provided "as is". It's a file utility — please keep backups. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for data loss or indirect damages.
