Which effects are included?

Can I make an effect more subtle?
Yes. Strength is adjustable from 0 to 100 percent and is shared by the live preview and final output.
Can I preview the result first?
Yes. The live Before and After preview uses the same rendering path as export.
Can I use one look on several images?
Yes. Add a mixed image set, choose one source for the live preview, and apply the selected effect and strength to the whole batch.
Can I reuse a look later?
Yes. Preset Recipes store the selected effect and strength so the same treatment can be restored for another batch.
Does it resize or change the file type?
It keeps the source pixel dimensions and uses the same format when macOS can encode it. Decode-only formats such as WebP are written as PNG so the filename matches the actual output.
What happens to photo orientation and color?
Foldout renders the photo upright from its EXIF orientation and carries its RGB color space through the effect and output.
Will it overwrite the original?
No. Foldout writes a uniquely named copy with an effect-specific suffix for every processed image.
Does processing leave my Mac?
No. These deterministic Core Image treatments run locally on the Mac.
