Is the watermark visible?
No visible logo or text is placed over the image. Foldout changes the pixels subtly to carry the recovery signal.
Can other software see the creator?
When public attribution is enabled, compatible Content Credentials and metadata readers can inspect the readable creator fields. Private pixel marks require the matching Foldout creator profile.
Will it always survive every edit?
No. It is designed for common resizing, conversion, screenshots, centered crops, small rotations, and light edits, but large removals or deliberate attacks can destroy the signal.
